"My house was in desperate need of cleaning(4 bedroom, 3.5 bath). My inquiry to the service for a quote was answered very quickly, and they came out for the estimate the next day I was available. On the actual cleaning day, the crew of 3 arrived on time and they did a good job. One of them even used a toothbrush to scrub the tracks of the windows. I found a couple of small things that were missed, but they had a big job as my house cleaning had been "let go" while I had a long illness. "Wendell from Greenix was a friendly and prompt fellow. He brought in a Smart Care Trio carpet cleaner machine and used distilled water with a solution to clean the tough stains out of our old berber carpet. We already had our furniture moved when he came so he got straight to work. The other semi-mobile furniture that we didn't move, Wendell moved it and cleaned the area where the furniture was to a different location in the room.
We have two Dobermans and a Mini Schnauzer who have done a number on our berber carpet (hair, paw stains, potty stains, etc.). We didn't want to spend a lot of money on carpet cleaning because our carpet is so old (1989), but we wanted to  neutralized the dogs' odors and get the major stains out to hold us over until we can afford to replace the carpet.
